Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of eligible items are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the item, after which time no returns will be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Items not eligible for return include, without limitation, clearance or sale items and other items as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion. We also reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to refuse any return, refund, or exchange, and/or only provide a partial refund or lesser exchange value if an item is not in its original condition, the item is determined to be damaged beyond our handling, and/or if the item is missing parts.

If an item is eligible for a return, it must be returned to us unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer, as a refund or exchange will not be issued. You are required for the shipping/mailing costs and insurance for returning the item to us. If you are shipping an item with a purchase value of $75 or more, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for all damage to your returned item until it is delivered to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will not be damaged in transit back to us. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable, and you are fully responsible for them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for a refund or exchange, then your refund or exchange will be processed in a reasonable amount of time. If a refund is provided, a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. If an exchange is provided, the replacement item will be processed for delivery. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live. If you have not received the replacement item within fourteen (14) days of our email notification to you of the shipping, please contact us at, and we will follow up regarding shipping.
